What training do your staff members have?
Our team consists of skilled and experienced professionals dedicated to providing an exceptional service. Each staff member undergoes training by an allied health professional when onboarded followed by mandatory continuous professional development throughout the course of their employment. Our training is delivered by trusted specialists of varied allied health disciplines including Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists & Behaviour Clinicians. This ensures our staff remain up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices equipped with strategies from all domains.
Can I request a specific staff member to work with me?
While we cannot guarantee the availability of specific staff members, we strive to accommodate your preferences whenever possible. If you have a preferred staff member you'd like to work with, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I fast track my intake process?
To speed up your intake with KOOKI, you can complete our quick online referral form. Once submitted, a client file is automatically created in our system and the participant is added to our waitlist. This helps us start the process without delays.
